Led by our team of awesome coaches, this class focuses on full-body strength and mobility. The dynamic warmup uses yoga techniques and breathwork to set up for success. You’ll use resistance bands, kettlebells, free weights and our full lineup of equipment to build strength with proper form. Each class ends with stretching and foam rolling so you can treat your muscles right! All levels are welcome.
