Beth Ruder, a movement educator since 2005, is a Master Pilates instructor with nationwide accolades. With a kinesiology graduate degree, she empowers diverse individuals to reach their best selves. At Morning Bird since 2019, Beth amplifies Pilates in fitness and wellness. Beyond the studio, she sews, paints, and savors neighborhood strolls. 

Bringing 20+ years of personal training experience, Newt established Morning Bird Studio in 2012, aiming to cultivate a supportive space for clients to thrive physically and mentally. With a warm blend of humor and competitive spirit, he customizes each session to uplift and challenge. Based in Chicago, he enjoys cycling, making music, and coffee on his cozy back porch with his wife, Nicole, and son, Newtie.
